Sometimes going to the office just isn’t convenient!
Whether due to location, illness, or just the busyness of life, there are often times when coming into the office is not convenient. To help meet this need we are now offering remote Teletherapy services to anyone in the state of Virginia.
With the use of the HIPAA approved Teletherapy platform within Therapy Notes, Total Life Counseling, Inc is now offering secure and confidential remote services across the state of Virginia.

Teletherapy is a communication of any type that occurs between the practitioner and the patient through a third party method such as telephone, email, and other online videoconferencing services.
How do I get started?
New and Returning Clients:
Create Client Portal (if you do not have one, call the Total Life office)
Access Client Portal here.
Join Teletherapy session.
